Last week, we joined thousands of retailers, marketers, and tech leaders at Online Retailer and ORIAS in Sydney. It was full of energy, big ideas, and sharp insights. From AI and automation to customer experience and omnichannel strategy, the buzz across ICC Sydney was constant. And right there in the thick of it? Tall Bob.

We held it tall and made waves (and started some pretty solid convos) with retailers who are done with the same-old and ready to level up. The team showed up with one clear mission: help brands turn mobile messaging into a real growth engine.
