Businesses can’t get enough of mobile messaging, and that’s because they know that SMS messages are read within 90 seconds, 90% of the time. And with new channels like RCS, WhatsApp, and Messenger changing the mobile landscape, there’s never been a more exciting time in mobile messaging.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for activating, accelerating, and retaining our customer base. Naturally, you’ll work alongside sales, marketing and product (all cracking people) to ensure our amazing customers are getting the most of our products and services. That means everything from building the foundations with new customers to reporting on and recommending new opportunities for customers that have been with us for some time.

What you’ll be awesome at

Our Customer Success team is brilliant because they:

→ First and foremost, actually care about the customer and their business;
→ Can quickly build and maintain trust and rapport with customers;
→ Can diagnose customer business needs and translate these into customer outcomes;
→ Are flexible and adaptable, and can work in our nimble and highly cross-functional teams. You want to work with the team to find solutions to our customers’ needs;
→ Are curious and able to rapidly grasp the current and emerging business and technical environments. You’ll be able to manage multiple activities so that your stakeholder expectations are met;
→ Can work autonomously with minimal direction, and
→ Have well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. You’ll work alongside sales and tech when things sometimes don’t go as planned.

Ideally, you’ve got experience in customer success with SMS, tech, or SaaS solutions. We need you to be an Australian resident or hold a working visa of the country we call down under.
